Working with leaders at the state level, including governors and legislators, this Center is establishing the use of collaborative practices among the states by hosting an extensive
network of state dispute resolution programs, joint projects between states and partner organizations, supplying information, consultation, and technical assistance, and offering
consensus-building training and education.
